01Skilling
Through our skilling programmes, women and girls acquire practical knowledge, vocational skills and entrepreneurial capabilities that translate into sustainable livelihoods. This increases employability, strengthens the growth of women-owned businesses, promotes financial independence and enhances the participation of women in local economic development.
02The Women Seed Fund
Under this project, we mobilise resources for women-led start-ups in underserved communities. This helps women to start and strengthen businesses where access to formal financing is limited. Women are also encouraged to form associations and come together as a collective. Their amplified voices empower them to negotiate safer and more equitable access to resources.
03Entrepreneurship
At NJIA, we create opportunities for women by providing access to finance, mentorship, training in technology and management, and business networks. This enables them to establish sustainable enterprises, increase their income, create employment and strengthen their economic independence.
