When you contact NJIA by email or WhatsApp, you choose what information to share. This may include your name, contact details, organisation and enquiry. Please do not include sensitive medical information or information about another person without their consent.
The enquiry forms prepare a message in your own email application. Submitting a form does not automatically send the message or save it in a website enquiry account. You decide whether to send the prepared email.
Information received through enquiries is used to respond to your request and discuss relevant work or partnerships. You may ask NJIA about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.
WhatsApp opens an external service operated by Meta. Email is handled by your email provider. These services apply their own privacy terms. Website hosting and font services may process technical information such as your IP address to deliver the website.
The website does not require an account or use website storage to retain enquiry form submissions. Hosting or external services may process technical data under their own policies.
